Studio Policies
There will be a $30 NON REFUNDABLE registration fee
- $15 for additional siblings living in the same household
(Required no more than one time per dance calendar year)
Tuition is due on the 1st of every month. If paid after the 15th of the month a $10 fee will be added. We do offer auto pay and highly recommend taking advantage of this offer! Monthly tuition is based on a 4 week month Tuition will not be pro rated for late registration, inclement weather, or holidays such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, or spring breaks. NO EXCEPTIONS Please make checks payable to “Beyond the Movement”.A payment drop box will be located in the lobby. Please write students name in the memo line. A $35 fee will be charged for all returned check If tuition is 30 days past due the student will not be able to attend class until payment can be made. If a student wishes to drop a class, a written request by the parent or legal guardian of the child is required. Monthly tuition will continue to be billed or if on auto pay will continued to be charged until the written request is submitted.

Rules
Please respect our facility. We at Beyond the Movement have been blessed to have a great place to dance and we ask that you take care of our studios.
Please No food or drinks in the studio. Water is allowed!! You may bring snacks for those who have long class days but please keep them sealed in your bag and only eat in designated areas.
Please do not enter, hang out in, or play in the dance rooms. These rooms are only for dancers during their scheduled class times.
No cell phones will be allowed in class. It is a distraction to your fellow dancers as well as disrespectful to your teachers. If you keep a phone in your dance bag it must be silenced during class at all times.
Parents must remain in the lobby during class time and may observe their dancer on the monitor in the main observation area.
Hair must be secured up nicely for class. A ballet bun is required for all ballet classes 1 hour or more
3-4 Year Old Ballet/Tap Class
This tiny dancer will need a leotard, either plain or with a simple attached skirt, and tights.
In this level color of leotard is optional.
In the warmer months tights can be optional.
-Pink ballet shoes
-Tan velcro tap shoes
For our Christmas show this level will need a solid black leotard
5-6 Year Old Ballet/Tap Class
This pretty princess will need a leotard, either plain or with a simple attached skirt, and tights.
In this level color of leotard is optional.
In the warmer months tights can be optional.
-Pink ballet shoes
-Tan Velcro or buckle tap shoes
For our Christmas show this level will need a solid black leotard
5-6 Year Old Jazz Class
This jazzy daisy may wear any leotard and tights or booty shorts of choice to class.
For our Christmas performance this level will need a solid black leotard and black booty shorts
Tan jazz shoes will be required for all performances.
Age 8 & Up Ballet Class
Students must wear a solid black leotard and pink tights. Skirts are optional. Hair must be in a secure ballet bun
-Ballet shoes
Age 8 & Up Jazz/Tap Class
Students may wear leggings, booty shorts, leotard, or crop tops. Please make sure it is dance attire. No t-shirts allowed. Fitted tank tops are acceptable.
Hair must be secured up and out of face.
-Tan Jazz shoes
-Black Tap shoes
Hip-Hop Classes
Students may wear loose comfortable clothing, something that you can move and stretch in. Tennis shoes are recommended.
Age 13 & Up Ballet Class
Students must wear a solid black leotard and pink tights. Skirts are optional. Hair must be in a secure ballet bun
-Ballet shoes
Age 13 & Up Jazz
Students may wear leggings, booty shorts, leotard, or crop tops. Please make sure it is dance attire. No t-shirts allowed. Fitted tank tops are acceptable.
Hair must be secured up and out of face.
